Return Policy for Online Orders
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the books you have purchased. If you still have concerns, we grant you the right, in accordance with legal regulations, to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reasons.
How to cancel your order:
- Contact us: To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email to mail@ilhembelarbi.com with the subject “Cancellation of your order”. Please include your order number.
- Returning the goods: After receiving your cancellation notice, we will send you a confirmation and instructions for returning the goods. Please ensure that the items are in perfect condition and well packaged.
refund:
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price. You have to cover the shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exceptions:
Please note that personalized, previously used or specially made items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Likewise, once the download has started, digital products cannot be revoked.
